In Oracle Discussion forum there is a provision to mark the one with a star for the correct/best reply and to give points to members based on helpful/correct reply.
Can not this be implemented in Orafaq as well?

Quote:Nothing but a sense of appreciation for a good reply
Then this will lead to rate the posts that will spoonfeed against those that try to improve people.
Lazy or unskilled people are much more numerous than those that want to improve them above improve by themselves.
Quote:Even there should be a rank for bad reply also
And so when you will just ask to follow the guide or post a test case you will have bad rate. Same thing for people that don't like you that will systematically negatively rate whatever you post (the opposite is also true).
Rating is the root of lazyness and bad behaviour, if it comes I leave or I will compete for the most negative rate as much and fast as possible.

Michel
