hi
how many max no of instances will support in oracle 9i/10g/11g
it is os dependent or oracle dependent
if os means in linux/solaris/windows
how many instances are supported

I don't think anyone knows these figures by heart.
So I think anyone who wants to anwer this question will have to search on Oracle site or documentation or on web.
So I think you can do the same.
