Dear all,
We are having 2-node RAC & we are getting checkpoint not complete errors in alert log of both instances.
We have increased redo log groups from 8 to 16, each having 1 GB size, even though problem not solved.
fast_start_mttr_target is set to 3600.
Our batch timings have increased by 2 hrs .
Kindly help.

Those checkpoint incomplete messages are to do with the frequency of log switches, so I would create new groups, of size (a guess) 4G and drop the old ones. Adding more groups wouldn't help.
