Does EM have a utility that I can get to scan a set of host machines and their disks and tell me what oracle products are installed? Sort of like that common inventory tool used on windows desktops, but just for Oracle products.

If not EM then does anyone know of a third party tool or some other Oracle tool?

I am pretty sure it does, I know it has one for the servers and lists the packages, CPUs and such for the servers. The CM tool in Metalink also provides this if you allow it.

EM dbconsole will not do it, but Grid control will.
