Please check the logs and post if any more relevant info is available.
Also, try to start nodeapps manually.

Hallo Mr. Mahesh

i tried to start the nodeapps manually and it doesn't Go
see the following details i got when i tried start nodeapps

[oracle@billnode1 ~]$ srvctl start nodeapps -n billnode1
CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.billnode1.ons'.
[oracle@billnode1 ~]$

plse need your help!

But is this actually a problem that needs to be solved? Do you use any facilities (such as FAN or the intelligent load balancing algorithms) that rely on ONS? If not, I would continue to run the RAC as is it until your next maintenance slot, then re-start the entire environment and see if the problem repeats.
