i used dbms sql tuning advisor on QA database for a high consuming query, it recommends a SQL profile which will allow SQL to perform better . We accept the SQL profile and implement in QA

How we could implement this in production or other database.
How we can retrieve the alternate SQL it implements with the SQL profile.
Is a SQL profile a alternate SQL ?

There are procedures in dbms_sqltune to pack your profiles into a staging table, which you can transfer to another database, and unpack them there.
