EM errors [message #452241]

hello all..
i installed oracle 10g on win 7. i completed the instalation without errors. after instalation i run EM and i'd the following errors ..
when i opened EM it shows "java.lang.exception: exception in sending request :: null" (part 1 on the pic) .

and when i tried to startup the db.. it ask me for OS user name and password.. and theres no password on my OS.. am using administrator acount and theres no password on it.

and when i tried to move to administration tab, it shows the second error (part 2 on the pic) and i couldnt login.

i dont know where is the problem.. is it on the network settings ?? or with the OS (windows 7)

Post lines from Posting Guidelines & then demonstrate that you have followed them; starting with

# Post Operating System (OS) name & version for DB server system.
# Post results for Oracle RDBMS by invoking following SQL
SELECT * from v$version

What clues exist within EM logfile?

i dont know how to reach the logfiles.
theres text file called emca located on cfgtoollogs directory.. is that the EM log file ?

While I could be mistaken, I beleive you have an unsupported configuration.
If I am correct, you have no valid expectation that it should work
& no recourse when it does not work.

V10 is NOT supported on Windows 7; only V11.2 is supported.
So downgrade OS, upgrade Oracle, or live with what you have.
EM is not required to run DB.
