Is there any way I can use a stored outline of 9i by 11g SPM.
I need the steps.

11g R1. Tablespace copy has already been in 11g. But same queries takin long time using different explain plan.
So thought of using the 9i explain plan by creating the outlines in 9i and making 11g use it

With 11.1, you can't do it. With 11.2 you would have the dbms_spm.migrate_stored_outline procedure.
