ODI - columns not visible in th model. [message #446395]

Hi group,
I am not able to see the column names for a table/synonym in ODI Model. After adding the table/synonym in the ODI model, the datastore component does not show the field names. But when we create a view on the same table, then able to see the column names. Is there any wrong thing we are doing when creating the model?
Can any one help on this.

I never faced any problem like this.
I didn't get the object at all, when I choose wrongly table / synonym for a view.
Have you crosschecked the following?
1. Is the object a table?
2. Have all the sessions completed properly?

The objects can be tables or synonyms for the tables. Also one more thing which I forgot to mention is that I am refering to the Oracle Apps schema.
