HI,
I have installed oracle 10g over windows xp. i have two users on my operating system, now i want that i logged on to user1 it starts oracle service and database automatically and when i logged on to user2 oracle service and database should not be started.... how to do so, please help me out....

Create a logon script on user1 that will start the eervice and database.
