Dear All,

when i login to oracle support, i m getting the error like
Service Error: sr/home: User "mubarak.ali@honda.com.kw" does not have "Read SR" privilege.


even my admin user also having same problem, mine and admin privillages are revoked.

what is the problem,

expert please suggest me, i need to follow some SR's right now
need to download patches also.

This is not an Oracle error.
Ask your application admin what this error means.

Are you saying at Metalink you cannot view SRs?
then it sounds like the administrator for your company has removed you as someone able to view SRs, or your support has ended.
