Hi - I'm looking at a project where we'll have to convert a DB2 LUW database to Oracle. I'm not worried about the middle tier at the moment, just the database. The latest release of SQL Developer has a facility that should do part of the job (for instance: it will create users, tables, views, and constraints, but not stored procedures or triggers).
I've been reading about two products (SwisSQL and SQLWays) that claim to be able to do pretty much everything. Has anyone tried them? Or done a DB2 migration with any other tools, or done it manually? Of course I'll be discussing it with Oracle, but I have a suspicion that all I will get is a quote from Oracle Consulting.
Thanks for any advice, or pointers for research.
