Hi all.
I has create ODBC and test , It's can connect succesfully,
Then, I has edit tnsnames.ora by add new SERVICE_NAME , as per as the created ODBC.
but I can not connect to that ODBC via sqlplus or Oracle form.
What is missing? or Do I need to do something more?
Pls. suggest me.

Thank you for your reply
I have've 5 TNSNAMES.ORA files as following detail...
1 in C:\orant\NET80\ADMIN ---> (add new SID oready)
2 in C:\orant\NETWORK\ADMIN ---> (add new SID oready)
3 C:\orant\NET80\TNSAPI ---> (not add new SID yet)
4 C:\orant\NETWORK\ADMIN\SAMPLE ---> (not add new SID yet)
5 C:\orant\NET80\ADMIN\SAMPLE ---> (not add new SID yet)
and I Can PING that MySQL database by use command in command prompt
"ping (ip addrss of mysql server)"
also.. How to setting the TNS_ADMIN environment variable , by the way?
