Dear All
I know most of SQL commands but I haven't software and my pc windows XP SP2 in order to I execute these commands in oracle database so I need your recommends , how can I begins

This is why you always should recommend XE for beginners. You don't need to configure parameters, just your standard Windows installer.

yea I get and I press to accept License agreement but when I press to "OracleXE.exe"or "OracleXEUniv" the message appear to me

Thanks I execute below commands was ok ,

this mean I have 7 tables in hr user ,but can I know how many users
