Dear All,
in the morning i try to clean the tape drive with cleaning tape
it's not ejecting after finished clean, the 3 lights are not blinking, i need to fix it now, i need to take backup to tape
year end backups has to take.
please help me as soon as possible
i keep on press the ejct button, it not responding, in the day time i could not shutdown the server also.
suggession pls

So it seems that you'll do the backup during the night, when you'll be able to restart the machine (lucky you, night falls relatively early during this time of the year).
