Hi all,
there are two option using backup control file and untill to recovery database . i want to know significance of this and when to use

"using backup control file" you use a backup control file to restore/recover not the current one.
"until to" you restore/recover until this time.

Performing Recovery with a Backup Control File
Tablespace Point-in-Time Recovery (TSPITR)
