i have install oracle rdbms only on vista , but when to start to create database through dbca , it shows tcp error for that i properly config listener and working fine (tnsping db_name). but when i tried to start database it showing the same tns adoptor error .
please help me out , is this due to vista if so what is solution ..

Did you try the provided solutions?
