I can bring up URL above, but for the last 24 hours or so, I can't get to any specific manual.
Do I have a local problem or Oracle have the site down for maintenance?

Nope, the "unbreakable" is broken on my end, too.

( I always thought anyway calling any software product "unbreakable" was about as good an idea as calling any ship "unsinkable" Laughing )
