Hello All,
Am facing a problem with my report builder that i could not able to login .Am getting invalid username/password or login denied.
I have tried logging in toad by
Username sys
Password sys
connect as sysdba
its working fine there.

Just to re-enforce what Sriram said

Use sys/sysDBA ONLY for something that can't be done by someone else.
