Dears
yesterday our client cannot connect to system because when they
are trying to connect its become hang.
we also try to connect with that database user from sqlplus
it also hang. but we can connect with sys user.
some alert log entry here....
Any help please..

Anything can be the reason until you determine the root of the error.
