I am in a plan to go for OCP 9i developer certification.

I have a question, wat's the diff. in giving exams
1)izo-007->sql, izo-147->plsql instead of giving
2)izo-001->sql&plsql, as single exam. Is Cost-wise any difference. Really I am confused. please clarify me. Thanks in advance.
