linux time and clock time different, then i correct with linux date set, after 1 month again date different came gratudally from clock time why??

how to fix the problem

OS=Rethot Linux 4, database oracle 10.2.01
time in linux(e.g 12:00 pm) = time in ora-database (e.g 12.00 pm)

but time not equal to clock time

if i adjust in linux all are same

after some days it gradually decrease time in linux
how to fix??
