What do you know yet?
Do you know how to create a database?
Do you know how to export a database?
Do you know how to backup a database?
Do you know how to restore a database?
Do you know how to duplicate a database?

Regards
Michel

I'd suggest you to use DUPLICATE DATABASE command in RMAN to create clone of your database in any host you want

Providing URL to V10.2 documentation to the OP running V9 may be less than useful for OP who appears to be documentation challenged.
