Hello, I would be pleased if any one can be helpful..

I am using oracle9i database and cognos reporting tool. The cognos reporting tool is retrieving the
data from oracle database. The cognos reports are running fine and i am good so far. Now business
is asking another enhancement on the report.

In the reporting side, they wanted me to place the URL link. When business user click that link,
i wanted to open another page in edit mode and display corresponding record. Now business
should be able to modify the data and update back in the database. My client wanted to use
HTML to develop the page. I am purely database guy and i never done this before. Any help
is highly appreciated.. Any tips or links to understand how to develop the HTML page.

Thank you.

This requires more than just HTML knowledge.
And this forum has nothing to do with this.
w3schools is good starting point to get into HTML and further.
