Hi,

i want to install and configure xml db component on existing database(TEST) by using the screens in Database Configuration Assistant. When i select "XML DB" and click "finish", i get an error "Ora-01119 error in creating database file "c:\oracle\oradata\TEST\xdb01.dbf..."
The default path of the test database files is in E:\TEST but dbca is creating xdb01.dbf in c:\oracle\oradata\TEST\ location.
I used "alter system set db_create_file_dest='e:\test';" command to set default directory but it always create it in c:\oracle\oradata\TEST.

How can i change the location for xml db?

ORA-01119: error in creating database file '%s'
 *Cause:  Usually due to not having enough space on the device.
 *Action:

No. There is enough space in c: drive.
dbca is creating xdb01.dbf in c:\oracle\oradata\TEST\ but TEST directory in specified location(c:\oracle\oradata) doesn't exist so i get an error.
i want dbca to create xdb01.dbf file in E:\TEST
