Hi All,

I am Working on the Oracle 10g Db and Oracle 10g (10.1.2) forms/Reports/Jdeveloper. I want to send the sms to mobile using oracle 10g Forms, for this I searched topic on net and find solution that we can do this using the Jdeveloper + webproxy. i.e (link) http://download-uk.oracle.com/otndocs/demos/CallingWS_From_Forms/CallingWS_From_Forms.html
in this link Oracle Jdeveloper is not matching with the current version. It can be happened due to lower version of Jdeveloper.

So Can someone tell me how can I upgrade the version of Oracle Jdeveloper from 10.1.2 to 10.1.3. Or tell me about how can I send sms from Oracle Forms
