Hi

Just want to know whether on upgrading to oracle 9.2.0.8 from 9.2.0.1 will impact any on PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures etc.

No, but please join the 21st century & upgrade to a current Oracle version.

It may.
Different Oracle may impact your PL/SQL code in som way.
