hi,

I have installed Oracle9i Database on my pc. Now when I try to connect to it the system gives me the following error.

Ora-03113 End of file on communication channel

Kindly help me..

Please post the following files :

alert log
listener.ora
tnsnames.ora

and specify how you are trying to connect.

Post alert log details. (ORACLE_BASE\admin\SID\bdump\alertSID.lg)

Do you really expect any useful answer when you don't post what we asked to help you?

For the third time, "Post alert log".

Copy and paste what you did.
Search for trace file at time of error.
