Hi,

am using oracle 10g AS on windows 2003 server.
when am trying to run reports its showing error like
"REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server rep_MYserver failed"
but my forms are working properly.

pl help me resolving this issue.

i thought this forum will help me,
i have posted it in Oracle Application server forum also,
but it got deleted by the administrator.

REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server {0} failed

Cause: Failed to connect to Reports Server

Action: Please make sure the Reports Server is running and that the Reports Server name is correct

hello,

thanks for the reply.
report server is not getting started. and one more this,
when my laptop is connect to LAN reports are getting generated, but when i remove the LAN, its showing the error.

what might be the reason.

pl help me.
