Hi,
I created a report in 10g R2, which compiled using Export too and i got a rep file. Now im moving a file from windows env to linux env, because my application server in linux env.

In forms we can recompile the fmb using the following command in linux

     sh frmcmp.sh module=formname.fmb module_type=form compile_all=yes userid=username/passwd@db;

Anybody know should i want to recmpile the rdf file in linux environment. if yes please tell how to, what is the command.

rwconverter.sh can be used.
I'll give you the appropriate command, if I find.

Hi,

Thats i got, thanks to your great help too.

i cant able to compile in linux. (application server).

just i have <orahome>/forms/myapp/paysliptest.rdf

when i run rwconverter i am getting the following error.

oracle@oracleas accl]$ sh /home/oracle/OraHome_1/bin/rwconverter.sh userid=acc/travolta@accl source=paysliptest.rdf stype=rdffile dtype=repfile overwrite=yes
/home/oracle/OraHome_1/bin/rwconverter.sh: line 6: /bin/reports.sh: No such file or directory
[oracle@oracleas accl]$

please help me in this
