using printer tray [message #403841]

i have a report in A4 i need report to be printed only from tray 1
i m using printer hp laser jet 1320
i used this code (in between page trigger)
srw.set_printer_tray('tray 1')

but if i m not feeding paper in tray 1 it still print from tray 2

What are the printer settings? What is the "Paper source" set to? If it is "Automatically Select" (or similar), try to change it to something different.

Did you check tray name? Is it really "tray 1"?

What if you modify it to paper type name (such as "plain" or "color", for example)? Would it do any good?

Paper source is "automatically selected"
tray name is tray 1
if you change the paper type name it give me same result
