I found one forum http://oracle-database.cn/ ,which looks very similar to OraFAQ.
Any relation between this forum and OraFAQ?

Also I found same threads on both the forums. linkA1 and linkA2,linkB1 and linkB2.

But that site is too slow.
Is it just a dummy/backup server? (Or) Is somebody copying data from OraFAQ?

So slow that I can't reach a single page after 10 minutes, even ping time out from time to time.

Yes.. It is taking TOO much time for the first time. around 30 minutes or so.

It seems to be an old version, since it (still?) has the Newbie/Expert PL/SQL forums (Only checked the front page, didn't drill down into the forums)
If access to The Real OraFAQ (tm) from behind The Great Firewall is as slow as it is for us to access their site, I can't really see much harm done.
Now that I think of it, we hardly have any chinese members here..
