When I configured the EM console in 2 different sites, one of the Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port in $ORACLE_HOME/install/portlist.ini shows 5500, but another site shows 1158. Why are they different?

Currently, I still cannot start/stop the EM console for the site of 5500! I've tried several time but failed to recreate it by
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

Anyone has idea? Thanks!

1158 - Default

5500 - Newly created OEM

Yes. It's should be differnt port as per your database.

check status from os level; if you have any trouble then post log.

How to check status:

SET ORACLE_SID=ABC

SET ORACLE_HOME=...

emctl status dbconsole
