I'm looking for a well-seasoned DBA to be a mentor. Here's a little of background. I was an Oracle developer, before moving into the Oracle DBA arena. So, I'm comfortable with the basic information, however I need enhance my skills to become more proficient with advanced Oracle database topics, such as RAC, RMAN, etc.

Well, OraFAQ could be a good mentor, start to read the topics in the forum and Wiki pages.
