Hi i am new to oracle we have a plan to implement oracle RAC for a project this project database is accessed by 100 to 250 users database size not goes more the 500GB for this online project
we have 2 HP blade server with Xeon quad core and 6GB RAM OS Centos 5.2
now we have netgear NAS RNR 4000 1.5TB
i need to know is this configuration is good for Oracle RAC
please give your recommendation for NAS

Not sure what kind of recommendations you are looking into as you have already chosen the vendor.
NAS has to mounted with specific options, depending on your OS.
Check metalink.

You need to understand that it is totally dependent on load, application and your configuration.
No one can guess at this stage.
The minimum requirements are accounted in the documentation.
I would also look into network capabilities,switch / interconnect performance, storage raid & controllers/spindles and backup plans etc.
There is way too much information available in documentation and web.
Please do a research.
