Hi...

Using the Solution Design Sudio, I have created almost 40 scenarios from the designer and the scenarios will be restart for every 1 to 5 seconds. But, i have seen that only first 10 scenarios are running and others scenarios trying to restart but its can't.

Any body know what is the error ? is it due to database connection limit ? and how could i check on it .

What is Solution Design Studio?
Does not sound like Oracle Designer.

No it is not.
Oracle Designer does not have something called scenarios, and you cannot "start" or "restart" anything with it.
