Maximo4.1.1 Aplication Error [message #393994]

Hi,
I added user to maximo client from signature security application.
But login the user is getting this error as ?3433? .
Please check the attachment.

Any inputs on this error.

So you should better ask to Maximo than to an Oracle forum.

The database is Oracle and I believe its because of Database downtime.

Well there's no oracle error with that number so you're still going to have ask Maximo what it means I'm afraid.
