backup backupset porblem; urgent please [message #392895]

Hi,

I am using SBT_TAPE backup regularly.
Now, I want to use backup backupset to disk.

But whenever I am using it I found the following error:

RMAN> backup backupset 63257 format '/rmanrestfs/rmanbackupset/rman_60731_%U';

Starting backup at 19-MAR-09
released channel: ORA_DISK_1
using channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_1
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of backup command at 03/19/2009 21:24:26
RMAN-06160: no backup pieces found for backup set key: 63257

But the backup piece is still there.
Could anybody please tell me what the problem is.

I am using TDPO data protection 5.3
