Hi All,
I have installed Oracle 10g database on my laptop. and when i login into Enterprise Manager I get the java error: "java.lang.Exception: IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused in the header of the homepage".

If anyone can help me in this regard it will be appreciated.

in the log file i found this error

<C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1/Richard.com_orcl/sysman/log>

2009-03-13 10:53:49 Thread-5524 ERROR main: nmectl.c: nmectl_validateTZRegion, agentTZoffset =-300,and testTZoffset for America/Chicago:-360 do not match

might be above part of the log will help you to understand the problem.

Hi did you found the root cause for the issues..?
I am also getting the same error. If it is solved, pls provide the solution that you followed.

I saw some one told question is duplicated. Can you give the location where the answer is provided....
