my destination folder is /data/sh1 where all the *.txt files lies(e.g tes1.txt,test2.txt,test3.txt..)
my target folder is /data/sh2 where all the converted files will be after using dos2unix command
before the conversion all the files at /data/sh2 should be deleted.
please provide a shell script to do the same
