I have done one mistake on the database.

I deleted database files from the partitions without shutting down the database.
Because of that the space is not releasing from disk

What can i do?
How can i relese the space?

I have delete those files just from the operating system Sad
Acutally my database creation failed thats why i want to create database again.
So i deleted every file related to oracle with
rm filename

Shut down the database.
