need help to get space from tablespace [message #389575]

Experts,

i have dropped some partition on my production database. i am able to get space back at tablespace level. when i am trying to resize the datafile. oracle not able to resize the files and showing some errors.

i believe this is due to high water mark.
can any one help to find where is the problem. now i am not providing any information in this site. please ask me any information if you required then i will be happy to provide that information.

Does it occur to you that it might be useful to supply us with the command that you executed, and the error that you got.

You believe that the problem is to do with the high watermark, but without the error, we have no way of knowing, do we?
