Four arrows on 'body' panel moving around [message #388509]

Is the movement of the four arrows from the right side of the 'Body' panel to the bottom of the 'Body' panel a selectable item? Because the bloody thing jumping around is pi..ing me off!! This server is slow enough without having to wait another 5 or 10 seconds for the screen to stop jumping around.

They allowed you to resize the "body" text area.
If you click on -> it enlarges it of 5 characters
If you click on <- it shrinks it of 5 characters
Same thing for the up and down arrows with lines.

By the way, I have it at the bottom of the text area not at the right of it.

I don't even see any arrows. Can somebody provide a screenshot showing the arrows so I can see what you are talking about?

I used to have them 'on the right', but since about 2 weeks ago although they are initially displayed 'on the right' they are then moved 'below' the 'Body:' window.

This jumping around is moving the focus, and means that I have to wait anywhere from 2 seconds to 30 seconds before I can start typing.

I see the arrows now. They are small and pale and I never noticed them before. They are on the right side and stay there. They are not on the bottom and do not jump there. I am using Firefox.

Thay appear at the bottom for me (never noticed them before either) no problems with jumping around. Using ie6

I just discovered that if I click on the right arrow until the window for the text body expands till it runs out of space on the right, then the arrows jump down to the bottom and if I then click on the left arrow then they jump back to the right. I never knew before that I could resize this box. The little rectangular resize button at the bottom is even harder to see and I never would have found that if it hadn't been mentioned.

I'm using IE6 (work standard) and changing the screen width (full screen, small screen, two monitor screen) is having no effect.
