Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance [message #388129]

My database is started.
Listener is started.
Enterprise manager console is started.

When i tried to login on wen access enterprise manager i can see that Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance message and see all database,listener is down

 
Database Instance: orcl 
Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance. The state of the components are listed below.

I recreated the Enterprise manager and it works.

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

Now i can login to EM and navigatet though that.

As per Mr ramoradba; If you attach/post any log we try to solve. Then only we come to know exact problem (with out re-create OEM)
