hi,
I have a problem while starting the dbconsole,it is giving me error unable to start oracledbconsole on your local computer.
When i went in depth reagarding the issue, i found that the C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\bin\nmesrvc.exe this exe file is not found in the system which is responsible for starting the dbconsole.Hope iam correct.....
And at the same time i found that the emctl file which is used to start the service from commandprompt is also not available.
so can any one help me out,how can i solve the issue.
Is there any way to regenerate these files again.
