I have three oracle 9.2 databases currently on Linux that I need to migrate to Solaris.

The source is Suse Linux v8.1 32 bit
The destination is Solaris v9 64 bit
The 3 databases are currently 9.2.0.7.
They are just databases and do not have RAC, iAS forms/reports or replication etc.

What is need to achieve is
-from 32 to 64 bit upgrade
-Linux to Solaris ( little endian to bid endian ) migration
-from 9.2.0.7 to 10.2.0.2 upgrade

Does anyone have in advise based on personal experience, links to useful oracle guides/documentation or self written guides it would be greatly appreciated..

How big are these databases?
How much down time is acceptable during the transition?

Backup The 3 databases are currently 9.2.0.7.
Restore onto 32-bit Solaris V9.2.0.7
Upgrade 32-bit V9.2 to V10.2 32-bit Solaris
Convert 32-bit V10.2 to 64-bit Solaris

How big is the database?
If volume is small, export/import is easiest.
If it is high, upgrade the database to 10g in source itself and
do an rman convert / cross platform to 10g in solaris.
