Hi all,

I installed Oracel 10g on my XP box but cannot start OracleDBConsoleorcl service. If anyone know the issue, please help me. Thank you so much.

Below is error log:

2009-02-15 08:54:03.437: [ OCROSD][5412]utgdv:1:could not open registry key SOFTWARE\Oracle\ocr os error The system could not find the environment option that was entered.

Additional details about environment & what lead up to these errors would be helpful.

Has ASM been installed?
Has Oracle Clustering been installed?
