Thanks Thomas for your help.
But unfortunately I could not get the required information
for the link.I could not find if we can flush only
streams_pool.We can issue the following command to
flush everything in SGA:-
alter system flush global;
But I am not sure if It can impact as I have to
flush streams_pool from production database.
I would highy appreciate If you could give more specific
answer to this.

The best thing to resolve critical issues would be to remove the cause for the critical issue. Since we don't know what critical issue you are talking about, we can't suggest anything.
Oracle isn't like Windows where "trying to reboot" is always a good suggestion. Any critical issues have their own specific fixes.
