I am process of migration of database from one server to other.

I have same OS Suse 9 unix same oracle version oracle 10.2.0.1

1. Now i have copied All databfiles from 1 server to other.
2. copied control files redo log files
3. Copied spfile
4. all dump files

Now where i want to start the database it gives me an error.
How can i resolve it?

SQL> startup
ORA-09925: Unable to create audit trail file
Linux Error: 2: No such file or directory
Additional information: 9925
SQL> startup

drwxrwxrwx 2 oracle oinstall 1360 2009-02-09 16:17 adump

I checked the permisssions but it have all permissins

Please help

I would guess that you've got the AUDIT_TRAIL parameter set to OS, and the AUDIT_FILE_DEST parameter set to a diretory that doesn't exist on your new server.
