HELP:cant open sqlplus in macos [message #385108]

i have finished installing oracle 10g on mac os but im seeking that how to open sqlplus in mac..and also provide me the default username and password....
please help me on this....

either by command line or externally./..

Usualy oracle_home/bin but on MacOS I don't know.
